The Firm has represented individuals in disputes arising from shareholder agreements, companies seeking to enforce non-competition agreements, franchisors in disputes with their franchisees, and similar litigation. For example, we successfully represented one of the largest roofing systems manufacturers in the United States in a lawsuit against a former sales representative and a competitor conspiring to violate a non-competition agreement. As another example, we represented a designer and manufacturer of commercial kitchens against a competitor.
